Electroplating Operator M/F

To strengthen the team of a recognized industrial workshop in the region, we are looking for an Electroplating Operator immediately for a long-term mission, with a real opportunity for permanent engagement.

Your main missions

• Surface preparation: Degrease, strip, polish or clean parts before treatment.
• Bath management: Place parts on supports (jigs or mounts), then immerse them in chemical or electrolytic solutions (gold, silver, nickel, rhodium, palladium, etc.).
• Control and analysis: Measure bath parameters (concentration, temperature, amperage) and perform chemical adjustments.
• Quality control: Verify deposit thickness, adhesion, visual appearance and dimensional compliance of parts.
• First-level maintenance: Maintain machines, manage baths and respect safety and environmental standards.

Your profile

• Experience: Successful first experience in an electroplating workshop, surface treatment or similar technical environment (or a meticulous profile from micromechanics/watchmaking), a real asset.
• Spirit & personality: Calm, composed and thoughtful mindset; excellent ability to assimilate technical instructions.
• Aptitudes: Very good team spirit, easy and fluid daily communication.
• Calculation & logic: Comfortable with basic numbers (simple calculations of dosage, surfaces, passage times, part counting).
• Availability: Flexible to work in 2x8 shift schedules and motorized.
