For our client, we are looking for a communicative and sales-oriented personality to strengthen the Telesales team, starting immediately or by arrangement, for a fixed term of 6 months.

Your responsibility

• Proactive telephone contact
• Written and telephone customer advisory
• Cross- and Up-Selling
• You are at all times the contact person both for customers as well as for teams and colleagues of the specialist departments

Your profile

• initial experience in Sales, Outbound or Callcenter industry
• Swiss German skills are mandatory - no French skills are required
• Contact with people gives you joy, and your goal is to help every customer in the best possible way
• Can you speak English? An additional plus!
• You have a strong IT affinity and are proficient in handling modern technologies. Furthermore, you enjoy working on the telephone and screen.
