HR Advisor

Composed of more than 170 people, the Service du travail (ST) has the mission to take charge of job seekers from Lausanne and help them integrate professionally. It also ensures the protection of workers within the municipal territory. In a context of development of its HR unit, the ST is looking for an HR advisor at 80% to strengthen its team. Missions #####

• Support the HR manager of the department in the application of personnel policy and the implementation of HR procedures
• Ensure the recruitment procedure and provide support in this matter to managers
• Advise and support managers in the analysis and management of HR situations
• Provide support for HR questions to the staff within their scope
• Elaborate, manage and update HR statistics
• Provide support in HR administrative tasks
• Manage and participate in the development of HR projects and the optimization of procedures

Profile #####

• Federal Diploma of Specialised Human Resources Professional or an equivalent title
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar function
• Experience in change management and in HR project management, an asset
• Rigorous, structured, solution-oriented person, demonstrating good team spirit and collaboration
• Ability to listen, advise, communicate orally/in writing, analyze and synthesize
• Mastery of MS Office tools and an HR ERP
• Knowledge of the functioning of a public administration, an asset
