The Verein Robi-Spiel-Aktionen operates 9 day structures at primary schools in Basel-Stadt on behalf of the Erziehungsdepartement. The voluntary, modularly structured offer includes the care of children during lunch and in the afternoon.

To complement our team, we are looking for per 1. December 2026 or by arrangement

a Pedagogical Management ##

in the Tagesstruktur Bruderholz with a workload of 75%.

As pedagogical management with the department "integrative care", you will work as part of the management team together with the entire team in care and participate in team meetings and management team meetings. In doing so, your focus is on the integration of children with special care and support needs.

During the school year, the working time is distributed over 5 days for 41 weeks per year.

Main tasks: ###

• Professional management of the care team as well as co-responsibility for team development
• Close cooperation in the management and with the care team of the Tagesstruktur
• Support and advice for team members
• Participation in care
• Recognizing and defining participation-oriented development goals and measures
• Occasional accompaniment of individual children with increased care and support needs

• Training in social pedagogy (HF/FH)
