Liechti Automobiles Murten AG is the official Toyota and Lexus After Sales representative and offers comprehensive services in the sale and maintenance of vehicles.
To extend the team, we are looking for immediate effect:
COMMERCIAL CLERK EFZ–RECEPTION & ADMINISTRATION (60%)
YOUR TASKS
Management of the telephone switchboard as well as friendly reception of customers in our showroom
Maintenance and updating of customer data in the ERP system
Appointment scheduling and coordination in cooperation with the customer service advisor
Opening of workshop orders and simple invoicing
Support in accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting
Cash management and processing of card payments
Assistance in the organization and implementation of events
Diverse administrative and organizational tasks
YOUR PROFILE
Customer-oriented appearance and well-groomed appearance
Good IT user knowledge
Interest in the automotive industry and identification with the brands we represent
Professional experience in a comparable position is an advantage
Resilient, flexible and punctual
German-speaking with very good French skills
