Job description
Do you want to shape family-supplementary childcare with us? From 1. Januar 2027, we are looking for a Pedagogical Specialist 80 % for our Kita Krokofant in Bern who enjoys professionally caring for, accompanying, and supporting a group of children aged 3 months to two years in their development. Your activities

Co-responsibility for the care of a group of children within the framework of the pedagogical concept of leolea
Co-responsibility for the organizational implementation of everyday life
Co-responsibility for the domestic area and for the room design
Maintenance of contact with parents as well as support for parents in educational and developmental issues
Co-responsibility for constructive cooperation within the team
Your profile

Training as a Fachperson Betreuung Kind EFZ or similar training
Empathic, committed and resource-oriented personality
Capable of handling conflict and assertion
Differentiated communication
Flexibility
