Social Worker FH/HF for our weekend team 20% - 40%

The NUK offers protection, security, and support for children and adolescents in acute crisis situations. Those affected receive immediate help and professional guidance from a team of specialists in social pedagogy with a focus on crisis intervention and trauma pedagogy. The goal is to provide them with a safe place in difficult situations and after traumatic events in their family or social environment.

For our residential area, we are looking for a specialist to strengthen the weekend team

Your tasks

• Stabilizing the situation of the children and adolescents
• Contact person in crisis situations
• Recording the concerns of the children and adolescents
• Guiding the children and adolescents in everyday tasks
• Organization of everyday life and leisure activities
• Night presence and weekend service
• Participation in regular team meetings and supervisions
• File management and case documentation
• Household tasks such as cooking and the care and cleaning of the rooms

Your profile

• You have completed training in social pedagogy HF/FH
• Professional experience with young people in crisis situations
• Further training in the field of child protection and/or trauma pedagogy or interest in further training in these areas
• You possess competencies in relationship building; your interactions aim to promote the resilience and stability of the children and adolescents
• Working on the weekend fits your life situation
• You are proficient in PC applications
