AIRLINE SERVICES AGENTS ON AN HOURLY BASIS (W/M/D)

WORKLOAD | PART-TIME APPROX. 18 - 40 HOURS / WEEK

WORK LOCATION | BASEL - MULHOUSE AIRPORT

These activities await you, after successful training and suitability:

Reception of passengers at the check-in counters
Control of travel documents as well as hand luggage and baggage
Providing information and support so that passengers and baggage arrive at the right place at the right time
Coordination of passenger boarding together with the flight crew at the departure gate
You welcome arriving passengers in Basel with a smile and ensure that everyone finds the way to the baggage claim
Approx. 1-month basic training with subsequent suitability test

Your profile:

Completed vocational training
At least 1 year of experience in customer service
Very good oral German, English, and French skills
Very good PC skills
Willingness to work irregular shifts (working hours between 04:00h and 00:00h incl. weekends)
Own vehicle and driving license category B mandatory for irregular shift and weekend work

Your personality:

Well-groomed appearance and good manners
High resilience, team orientation, and reliability in hectic situations
High flexibility of deployment, for 3 to 6 shifts per week of approx. 3 to 8 hours each
