Production Worker L2 Automation - Electrical 100% Day Shift in Olten NADDJP00003854

Key Tasks
------------------------

Rework and manufacturing activities

• Carrying out demanding rework, adjustment, and assembly work according to technical specifications and reporting deviations
• Operating automatic machine tools (User)
• Exchange and testing of components according to specifications

Diagnosis and Testing

• Carrying out demanding tests and NFF tests according to instructions and valid standards, including documentation
• Making adjustments based on visual and functional controls of parameters according to instructions

Accredited processes (e.g., ZFP, welding, gluing)

• Performing process steps including documentation and reporting of deviations
• Ensuring the functional capability of tools/operating resources, feed stock, material feedback, and disposal

Qualifications
-------------------

Mandatory:

• Completed vocational training EBA or EFZ in the manual field: Automation technician, Automation fitter, Electrical fitter, Electrical installer/fitter, Automotive mechatronics technician,
• Industry-specific further training (optional, depending on profile)

Requirements / Profile

• Flawless criminal record extract as well as current debt enforcement extract (requested upon starting the position)
• Very good German skills, at least level B2
• Independent, precise, and quality-oriented way of working
• Readiness to work according to instructions and according to technical specifications
