Le Groupe Laiteries Réunies Genève is one of the leading Swiss players in the agri-food industry.

Specializing in the sale of Dairy products and Fresh products for Gastronomy and retail in Suisse Romande, our company located in Plan les Ouates is looking for a Purchasing Clerk to strengthen its Purchasing Trading team within the company Vivadis SA.

Your main missions ###

• At the heart of the supply chain, you are the guarantor of the control, entry, and monitoring of orders for a defined portfolio of items.
• You ensure coordination between several departments: logistics, sales, finance and the numerous suppliers.
• Ensure supplier monitoring: lead time, delivery, reception, claims.
• Ensure proper maintenance of stocks, inventories and any anomaly.

Your profile ###

• Benefiting from training in the field of purchasing and/or logistics, CFC in commerce or equivalent
• Experience in a similar function of at least 3 to 5 years.
• Comfortable with numbers, IT knowledge: office pack, ERP (M3 Movex, SAP).
• You have a team spirit, a sense of priorities and an ability to be versatile.
• You are conscientious, flexible and proactive.
