Introduction ###

We are looking for armed auxiliary Security Agents to strengthen our teams in Switzerland. You will contribute to the security of people, property, and infrastructure by ensuring a professional, attentive, and reassuring presence.

Responsibilities ###

• Ensure the surveillance and control of assigned sites, buildings, and facilities.
• Perform security rounds and control access.
• Welcome, guide, and inform visitors with courtesy.
• Prevent incidents and intervene in accordance with current procedures.
• Manage emergency situations and transmit the necessary information to the competent persons.
• Write activity reports and report any observed anomalies.
• Collaborate with teams, clients, and intervention services.

Qualifications ###

• Experience in security, surveillance, reception, or customer service is an asset.
• Valid Swiss weapons permit (PPA) mandatory.
• Good physical condition and ability to remain attentive for long periods.
• Excellent presentation, reliability, and sense of responsibility.
• Mastery of spoken and written French; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Availability for variable schedules, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Regular administrative status and valid authorization to work in Switzerland.
• Criminal record compatible with the activity and ability to meet Swiss regulatory requirements.
