What awaits you:

• Receipt, processing and answering of inquiries, fault reports and problems in 1st-level support
• Categorization and prioritization of support requests
• Telephone initial support and assistance for employees at the Front Desk
• Processing of customer feedback as well as general administrative activities
• Creation and updating of user manuals and support documentation
• Collaboration in the construction and maintenance of a knowledge database
• Active participation in the continuous improvement of support processes

What you should bring:

• Ongoing studies (FH/HF/Uni) in (Business) Informatics
• Interest and affinity for informatics and technical topics
• Good user knowledge in Windows 11 and Microsoft Outlook
• Enjoyment of direct contact with people and cross-team collaboration
• Open, communicative and service-oriented personality
• Willingness to learn new things and to familiarize yourself with various topics
• Business fluent German skills in speaking and writing, as well as good English and/or French skills are an advantage
