To strengthen our Human Resources team, we are looking for a Human Resources Specialist 80% starting immediately or by arrangement.

What you bring with you

• Training as a Kauffrau/Kaufmann EFZ or equivalent training
• Further training in HR
• Experience in the recruitment of specialists
• Proficient German in speaking and writing
• Good ICT user skills
• Joy in working in a team
• Independent, reliable and responsible way of working

What you can achieve

• You advise and support managers and employees in all HR matters
• You accompany recruitments of specialists from the advertisement to the hiring
• You undertake administrative tasks in your area of responsibility, particularly in the creation of employment contracts and employment references as well as in the maintenance of the ERP system
• You actively participate in projects and working groups
• You share responsibility for a professional, service-oriented and future-oriented HR
• You lead and coordinate case management processes
• You support the implementation of events and training sessions
