Care Worker 50 % – Night and Weekend Service in the Asylum Sector

For a public law organization, we are looking for an engaged personality for night and weekend care, effective immediately or by arrangement.

The organization accompanies refugees and offers a versatile working environment in which safety, care, and respectful interaction are the focus.

Tasks

• Ensuring orderly and safe operations during night and weekend services
• Contact person for residents as well as support in everyday life
• De-escalation in conflicts and correct action in emergency situations
• Carrying out controls as well as support during entries, exits, and transfers

Requirements

• Completed education at secondary level II, lateral entry possible
• Independent, reliable, and flexible way of working
• Good German and English skills, other foreign languages an advantage
• Confident appearance, social competence, and good assertiveness
