HR Specialist / 60-80%

HR Administration from A-Z

• Full administrative processing of entries/exits, changes, etc.
• Management of temporary employees (sending time sheets, checking and posting invoices)
• Continuous updating of organizational charts
• Management of personnel files, training and further education, as well as Reka and Lunch-Checks
• Support in recruitment (advertisements, applications, etc.)
• Responsible for the recruitment of our KV apprentices, practical trainer in HRM, and vocational trainer
• Responsible for accident and sickness notifications
• Managing and requesting employee permits
• Participation in projects

Time Tracking Abacus

• Responsible for the monitoring and control of time tracking
• Performing monthly and annual closings including any rebookings and corrections
• Statistics and absences

Requirement Profile

• You have completed commercial training as well as further education in HR. You can also demonstrate many years of HR experience.
• In-depth MS Office user knowledge as well as very good experience in Abacus
• You possess a high sense of responsibility and strong communication skills and

are an empathetic, independent, and solution-oriented personality

• You enjoy working as a team player with different departments
• Organizational talent and enjoyment of contact with people
• Very good German skills, French skills are an advantage
