Poultry specialist butcher

• CFC Butcher mandatory * Significant knowledge and experience in poultry * Very good knowledge of food safety standards * Minimum 2 years of experience required * Kitchen experience a plus * Excellent presentation * French language mandatory, other language an asset
• Reception and control of goods + Emptying, pulling nerves from turkey legs - preparing poultry offal delicately
