To accompany the growth of the company, strengthen our current stock team attached to the supply chain department, and contribute to the proper execution of the company's flows, we are looking for: A stock manager at 50% at our La Chaux-de-Fonds site with presence of at least 4 days per week. YOUR ROLE Internal production execution * Prepare production orders in order to be able to put them into production within the various workshops. * Perform the stocking of parts coming out of production. * Perform weight and quantity control operations of production orders during production. Subcontracting management * Prepare shipments for subcontracting (control of production orders, weighing, packaging, etc.). * Receive parts upon return from subcontracting (control of quantities and weights, stock entries and dispatch to the various production workshops). Stock management * Guarantee the accuracy of ERP information for each reference: stock locations, quantities, etc. * Perform cycle counts and participate in the annual inventory. * Manage packaging: storage, making available to workshops, sending for cleaning. * Manage production consumables: supply to workshops, stock control. Customer shipping * Prepare and invoice shipments of finished products to customers (packaging of parts, preparation of delivery notes and issuance of invoices). YOUR PROFILE * You have solid experience in stock management. * You master SAP and the transactions related to stock management. * You are organized and methodical. * You demonstrate great rigor. * You have team spirit and a sense of customer service.
