Your field of activity ###

• You check and process electronic supplier invoices and resolve discrepancies efficiently
• As a contact person, you answer telephone inquiries regarding invoices, expenses, and processes
• You carry out payment runs in SAP independently and support a smooth accounts payable process
• The control, posting of expense reports as well as the maintenance of master data round off your area of responsibility

Your experience ###

• You have a completed commercial vocational apprenticeship EFZ (E-profile)
• You are experienced in dealing with VAT-relevant issues and their accounting implications
• You bring experience in workflow-based accounts payable processes and work in a structured and reliable manner even with a high workload.
• Ideally, you bring SAP knowledge and convince through your careful, structured, and service-oriented way of working
