What you make happen

You are interested in union action and the values it conveys, strengthening the movement through member recruitment, the individual and collective defense of workers, as well as mobilization work and union campaigns.

What you bring

• You possess several years of professional experience;
• You have legal training, are currently undergoing training in a legal field, or have several years of experience in a field related to labor law;
• You demonstrate interpersonal skills;
• Your organizational capacity and flexibility allow you to manage legal deadlines as well as unforeseen circumstances;
• You have a spirit of initiative and a capacity to act quickly;
• You master French, both written and oral. Mastery of a language commonly used by migrant communities is an asset;
• You have a good command of Microsoft 365 tools;
• You adhere to union values;
• You justify significant experience as an activist in a non-profit association or a political organization.
