What you will do ##

• Independent management of hematological outpatient clinics and therapies in the modern premises of the Spitalzentrum im MEDIN Biel
• Active participation and moderation of interdisciplinary tumor boards
• Collaboration and maintenance of good relationships with referring physicians
• Participation in the further training of resident physicians and nursing staff
• Engagement in the sense of increasing optimization of cooperation and processes
• Consultative co-management of inpatient patients

What distinguishes you ##

• Specialist title in hematology or equivalent with MEBEKO recognition, or shortly before completion of specialist training
• Ability to lead a hematological outpatient clinic
• Respectful, solution-oriented, integrative personality with an interest in interdisciplinary cooperation and good communication skills
• Quality awareness with a focus on safe, efficient and resource-conserving processes
• Commitment to the further and continuing education of hematological juniors (physicians and nursing)
• Language competence in German or French at native speaker level with knowledge of the other language
