Your tasks

You carry out all warehouse and distribution activities according to regulatory requirements and internal processes
You ensure GMP-compliant documentation of the activities performed – both electronically (SAP) and on paper
You keep your workplace clean and orderly at all times
You report quality events, such as deviations, immediately to your supervisor or their deputy
You support the introduction of new systems, upgrades, and process improvements
You act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for your assigned area of responsibility
You explain processes confidently and answer questions within the framework of internal and external inspections
You capture relevant data for KPIs in your area
You support the onboarding and training of new colleagues and thus strengthen team spirit
You fulfill assigned tasks reliably in terms of quantity, quality, and deadlines

Your profile

Completed studies in natural sciences, engineering, or an equivalent qualification
Fluent knowledge of the national language as well as basic knowledge of English
More than 1 year of practical experience in the chemical/pharmaceutical industry or a related field
Completed vocational training or equivalent education in the field of logistics, technology, or a related commercial field
Good organizational skills and a structured way of working
Basic knowledge of HSE/GMP standards and corresponding processes
Solid problem-solving competence and a practical mindset
Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as the ability to work in interdisciplinary teams
