We are permanently recruiting Construction Team Leaders (M/F/D) on behalf of our various partners.

Job Description

• Supervise and organize a team of masons on site.
• Read and interpret execution plans.
• Carry out and supervise masonry and reinforcement work.
• Ensure the preparation, monitoring, and smooth running of the work.
• Control the quality of the completed works.
• Manage material supply and organize daily work.
• Respect safety standards on site.

Profile Sought

• conscientious, dynamic person, showing initiative and possessing solid experience in the relevant fields.
• good knowledge as a team leader, as well as several years of experience, ideally in Switzerland, in team management.
• interpersonal skills acquired in previous experiences
