Gouvernante pour hôtel 4 et 5 étoiles (H/F)

• Your mission:
• Perform control, verification and management of the work of chambermaids
• Ensure compliance with the company's quality, hygiene and safety standards
• Ensure the follow-up of client requests and transmit information to the relevant services
• Be helpful and considerate towards clients while respecting their privacy and guaranteeing comfort and order in the room
• Contribute to the company image by ensuring the maintenance of cleanliness in public areas
• Be required to make rooms to support the service
• Your profile:
• In-depth knowledge of hygiene, cleanliness and safety rules
• Knowledge of cleaning products
• In-depth knowledge of "white" and "stay-over" room turnover techniques
• Work in a neat and rigorous manner
• Efficiency, speed of execution, flexibility and availability
• Good physical condition
• Good organization / methodology, ability to adapt to activity flows
• Team spirit, irreproachable dress and physical appearance
• Discretion, honesty and sense of detail
• Experience in luxury hospitality required
