On behalf of the municipalities of Hägendorf, Rickenbach SO and Wangen bei Olten, we ensure the professional care and support of over 12'000 residents. The demand for our services is steadily increasing. To complement our interdisciplinary team, we are looking for a Registered Nurse HF m,f,d - valuable support in the team (20-80%) immediately or by arrangement. Re-entrants are welcome. Your tasks Ensuring professional, individual and client-oriented care in the home environment Professional collaboration with team colleagues in complex care situations Professional nursing documentation as well as active participation in quality assurance and development Coordination and interprofessional collaboration with relatives, external specialist agencies, family doctors and other supplementary services Our offer a varied, challenging and very independent activity Taking on responsibility and competencies in your field of expertise with the necessary creative freedom our committed team maintains a respectful interaction and supports each other, we value professional expertise as well as empathy and initiative modern work equipment job-related further and continuing education opportunities, internal training and the possibility for specialization (e.g. palliative care, interRAI HC), access to further and continuing education is also enabled for employees on a part-time basis Your profile Diploma as Registered Nurse HF or an equivalent, recognized training in Switzerland Professional experience as a registered nurse, experience in the Spitex environment is an advantage Joy in independent, responsible work good IT user skills and openness to digital working methods Driver's license Cat.
