Clerk Finance & Human Resources at 40% and 80% workload

Your field of activity:

• Management of accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Responsible for financial accounting according to OR and participation in the preparation of interim & annual financial statements
• Preparation of VAT returns
• Reconciliation and posting of cash reports
• Management of payroll accounting / personnel administration
• Support for management and HR
• Preparation of various statistics & reporting to management
• General administrative and organizational tasks

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training EFZ
• Professional experience in financial accounting and further education in accounting
• Business administration knowledge
• Excellent French skills (native level an advantage) as well as good German skills in speaking and writing
• Profound Office skills and IT affinity
• Open, networked-thinking and innovative personality
