Measurement Technician (m/f/d) ###

Your Tasks ###

• Carrying out measurements and tests according to the specified test plans
• Documentation of test results and test decisions in the Babtec system
• Assessment of test batches as well as decision on their acceptance or rejection
• Carrying out final inspections on manufactured items using the Keyence LM-X100 and IM-X1000 measuring systems
• Support with further measurement and testing processes
• Creation of test plans and recording of the corresponding measurement data in Babtec
• Processing of error messages in Babtec as well as development of suitable corrective measures based on the PDCA approach
• Support in the implementation of the 4-eye principle
• Participation in KVP, SFM, IdM and compliance with UMS specifications
• Ensuring cleanliness and order according to the 5S principle

Your Profile ###

• Completed basic technical training, preferably as a mechanical, poly, or fine mechanic
• Further training in the field of quality assurance, for example as a quality specialist
• Good knowledge of Babtec and SAP
• Experience in quality assurance and with testing processes
• Good PC and ERP knowledge, especially SAP and MS Office
• Exact and careful working method according to specifications
• Good communication skills and resilience
• High degree of personal responsibility and reliability
• Good understanding of production processes and workflows
