Your tasks :

As the central contact person for students, course coordinators, and teachers, you accompany the entire administrative cycle of students - from registration to deregistration. You ensure the smooth running of student administration for the Bachelor and Master programs of the Haute école d'architecture, de construction et de géomatique. This includes in particular :

• Processing received registrations
• Organization of module registrations, management of performance certificates as well as issuance of diplomas
• Issuing invoices
• Monitoring the exit process
• Entering and updating student data in the university administration system

Your profile :

You are a positive personality, oriented towards teamwork and appreciate daily exchanges with students, course coordinators, teachers, and colleagues. Furthermore, you work in a reliable and structured manner, always maintain an overview even in intense phases and accomplish your tasks efficiently, precisely, and with a great sense of service. In addition, you convince through :

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification as well as several years of professional experience, ideally in the university field
• IT affinity, ability to familiarize yourself quickly and autonomously with the university administration system Evento
• Impeccable communication in German
