For our client, a renowned company in the furniture industry in the Spreitenbach area, we are looking for you as:

Sales Employee 60 - 80%

• Customer focus: You actively advise customers in your departments and ensure the highest customer satisfaction.
• Relationship building: Through your empathy and helpfulness, you build a trusting relationship with customers.
• Needs analysis: You ask specific questions to accurately identify the needs of customers and inform them about the best solutions for their home.
• Merchandise presentation: You are responsible for refilling the shelves and ensure a consistently appealing merchandise presentation.

Your working hours:

• Working days: Monday to Saturday (according to the deployment plan)
• Time window: Store opening hours (between 09.00 Uhr - 21.00 Uhr)

Qualifications

• Experience: Experience in sales, customer service, or call center is an advantage.
• Communication: You are highly communicative and have very good German language skills.
• Personality: You are reliable, punctual, proactive and possess a quick grasp.
• Attitude: High flexibility and willingness to perform characterize you.
• Physically fit: You are physically resilient and have a well-groomed appearance.
