The "Professional Guardianship" section ensures compliance with legal requirements in the field of professional guardianship:

Your tasks
Independent management of child and adult protection mandates on behalf of the KESB
Advice and representation of clients in social, legal, and financial matters, as well as advice and support in personal, education-specific, and professional matters
Client-oriented and cooperative collaboration with authorities, institutions, and relatives
Investigations including the preparation of social reports on behalf of the KESB

Your profile
Personality with a professional degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a comparable qualification; many years of professional experience in mandate management
Solid basic knowledge of social assistance and social security law
Sensitivity toward people in difficult situations
Further training "CAS Mandatsführung" or solid knowledge as a professional guardian
Confident expression in reporting and investigation reports
Strong implementation skills and efficient work organization
Independent, resilient, and solution-oriented personality
Pleasant interaction with colleagues, authorities, and external agencies
