Your tasks ##

• Shift responsibility in the absence of the branch management as well as deputy
• Implementation of customer orientation and sales standards in our branches
• Support in personnel planning, personnel management and branch organization
• Merchandise planning and merchandise presentation
• Cashiering activities

Your profile ##

• Professional experience in sales or a similar environment
• Ideally completed vocational training in retail
• Flexibility regarding working hours (MO-SA between 05:00-22:00)
• Communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with people
• High motivation, commitment and resilience
• Good German skills in spoken and written
