This position plays a key role in the continuity and reliability of payroll accounting and simultaneously contributes actively to the structuring and improvement of processes in a constantly evolving environment. We are looking for an independent, careful and solution-oriented person who navigates complex environments, ensures data quality and noticeably relieves the team in everyday work. * Comprehensive processing of the monthly payroll process from preparation to the completion of payroll accounting. * Regular preparation of statements for AHV, withholding tax, family allowances, accident and health insurance as well as the annual tax certificates * Ensuring smooth coordination with external bodies (AHV, UVG, IJM, BVG, family allowances) * Guaranteeing the quality and reliability of the data in the payroll systems (SwissSalary) as well as mastering the interfaces to PEP/Mobatime. * Supporting managers, employees and our HRBP team with all questions regarding payroll accounting * Participation in projects for the structuring and ensuring the reliability of HR data * Contribution to the continuous improvement of processes and HR documentation * At least 10 years of experience in payroll accounting in a Swiss environment as well as in the processing of payroll accounting for several companies * Knowledge of SwissSalary is mandatory; knowledge of Mobatime and PEP is an advantage * Sound knowledge of Swiss social insurance (AHV, BVG, UVG, ALV, IJM) * High level of independence and sense of responsibility * Confident handling of complex systems, data and processes * Carefulness, strong attention to data quality and ensuring reliability * Resilience and patience in the context of an HR transformation * Fluent German skills are essential; English and French skills are an advantage * Certificate in human resources (eidgenössisches HR-Diplom) or equivalent training, required in the area of payroll or compensation management. * Absolute discretion and a strong sense of confidentiality Affidea : Avenue Beauregard 1, 1700 Fribourg LabPoint Medizinische Laboratorien AG * LabPoint Medizinische Laboratorien AG Route de la Plaine 49 1580 Avenches * [ ](< >) jpid2d393c6jm jpit1041jm jpiy26jm
