For a successful company in cable and wire manufacturing, we are looking for a committed and technically proficient personality as a

Machine Operator (m/f/d) ###

to strengthen the production team immediately or by arrangement ###

Your Tasks ###

• Independent setup, operation, and monitoring of various production systems, including extruder, coating, stranding, and wrapping systems
• Providing the required raw materials based on production orders and bills of materials
• Setting and adjusting machine parameters according to production specifications and recipes
• Carrying out and documenting quality checks and damping measurements during the manufacturing process
• Handing over the produced coils, including complete production documentation, to the next process step
• Performing cleaning, maintenance, and simple servicing work on the systems
• Participation in the implementation of 5S standards as well as supporting a continuous improvement process based on shop floor key figures

Your Profile ###

• Completed technical or mechanical vocational training, for example as a plastics technologist, plant operator, or in a comparable profession
• Experience in operating and setting up industrial production systems
• Technical understanding as well as an independent, reliable, and quality-conscious way of working
• Readiness to work in a 4-shift system
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Strong color vision; knowledge in the area of Lean Management or 5S is an advantage
