Sales Assistant Volg (f/m/d) on an hourly basis

For our Volg in Rickenbach LU, we are looking for a committed and customer-oriented personality, starting immediately or by arrangement. In this versatile role, you are co-responsible for a smooth daily sales operation. Your tasks range from inventory management and baking to customer service – including the cash register and postal agency. You lend a hand wherever you are needed – close to the customers, in the middle of the action.

The workload is 50% on an hourly basis, with the willingness to step in additionally during holiday absences. You will work in shift operation between 05:00 and 19:30.

These tasks you can look forward to

• Responsible for shift leadership
• Execution of orders
• Operation of the cash register as well as the postal agency
• Ensuring the fixed product range
• Presentation and management of goods according to the concept
• Pre-preparation and preparation of baked goods
• Maintenance of the sales area

This profile we look forward to

• Completed basic training in retail or comparable professional experience in sales
• Sound knowledge in the food sector
• Open-minded, reliable, and team-oriented personality
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
