Exciting tasks await:

• Support, guidance, and promotion of minor asylum seekers in domestic tasks and everyday areas of life
• Preparation of meals and ensuring a regulated routine in daily catering
• Co-designing a structured and positive everyday organization in the accommodation to ensure a gradual independence of the young people
• Support of the socio-pedagogical team as well as maintenance of contacts and exchange with relevant contact persons
• Deployment within the framework of day and late shifts: Monday to Sunday between 06:30 and 22:30 as well as irregular weekend and holiday assignments

What you bring:

• Completed vocational training as FaBe EFZ or Arbeitsagogin / Arbeitsagoge with federal professional certificate and several years of professional experience in dealing with young people between the ages of 14 and 18
• Enjoyment of domestic activities (cooking, cleaning, etc.)
• You maintain a cool head even in hectic situations, act in a focused manner, set clear boundaries, and resolve conflicts in a solution-oriented way
• Interest, openness, and understanding in contact with young people from other cultures
• Oral and written German skills at least at level B1, other languages an advantage
• Impeccable record and driving license category B, own vehicle an advantage

It is the legal remedy instance in the field of social assistance and supports the municipalities in the implementation of their family and elderly policies.
