Job Description ##

Your responsibilities:

• Advise and support teams on various legal and regulatory issues.
• Conduct legal research and draft opinions, notes, and recommendations.
• Ensure legislative monitoring and analyze developments having an impact on the activity.
• Participate in the management and follow-up of files in connection with authorities and institutional partners.
• Provide reliable and pragmatic legal support to the organization's projects

The Successful Applicant ##

Your profile

• Master's degree in Swiss law or equivalent training.
• Solid knowledge of Swiss public law.
• Experience within a public or parapublic administration, an asset.
• Autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented personality.
• Excellent analytical, synthesis, and legal writing skills
