Tasks ###

You will - teach eight students in Cycle 2 - orient towards the Lehrplan 21 of the mainstream school Canton Bern (instruction and teaching materials) - work closely with the co-teacher and the school assistant - have responsibility as a class teacher - determine your teaching days in consultation with the class team - have the possibility of permanent employment from August 2027. Workload between 40 - 60% by mutual agreement

Requirements ###

You bring with you - Completed training as a Special Education Teacher or training as a teacher with experience in special education - Knowledge in the promotion of children and adolescents with special needs - Joy in working with students with a physical disability - Resilience, methodical certainty, and flexibility - Individualized teaching style - Convincing communication and solution-oriented work - Proficient oral and written expression in German - Open manner and joy in teamwork - Composure and a pinch of humor - Joy in interdisciplinary cooperation - Good PC user skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
