Scheduling Clerk m/f/d 60% - 80%

per immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Support for the scheduler
• Recording and checking of driving orders
• Invoicing
• Time management of our drivers
• Creation of evaluations and statistics
• Taking over tasks from daily business as well as further tasks during absences in the team
• Assisting in the training of our apprentices in the commercial field

What you bring with you:

• Completed commercial vocational training, ideally in the transport/logistics sector
• Good MS Office user skills
• Service-oriented, responsible personality with perseverance and pleasant manners
• German native language, good oral French skills
• Some years of professional experience in logistics/scheduling
