YOUR TASKS

• You take on shared responsibility in the professional care and support of patients according to the nursing mission statement
• Your tasks also include participation in preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic measures
• You are involved in clinical decision-making and the measures to be initiated and take on a lot of personal responsibility throughout the entire nursing process
• Shared responsibility in accompanying trainees in everyday life

YOUR PROFILE

• Training as a Healthcare Specialist (Fachfrau / Fachmann Gesundheit) with a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (EFZ), ideally with professional experience in an acute care hospital
• Ability to work in a team and ability to instruct employees
• Cheerful, courteous, and communicative manner
• High social competence as well as strong empathy
• Great flexibility, resilience, and high organizational talent
• Good German skills in speaking and writing (B2 certificate)
