To strengthen our existing HR organization, we are creating an additional position. In doing so, we are investing specifically in the further development of our HR department and are looking for you as

Your contribution to our team

In this versatile role, you are the first point of contact for all administrative HR topics and support our employees from one of our locations in French-speaking Switzerland throughout the entire employee lifecycle. Your tasks include the maintenance and administration of master personnel data as well as electronic personnel files, including proper archiving. Furthermore, you coordinate all administrative topics surrounding entries and exits, prepare employment references, certificates and correspondence, and support the HR team in daily operational business. You also actively participate in the recruitment process and take on administrative as well as coordinative tasks. Organizing training sessions, managing participant lists and supporting personnel development measures are also part of your area of responsibility.

If required, you manage time tracking and support employee retention activities, for example by organizing events, employee gifts or other appreciation measures. In addition, you actively contribute to HR projects and support the continuous further development of processes and workflows.

Your profile

• Completed commercial basic training (Profile E or M) as well as further training in Human Resources, preferably with a completed HR Federal Diploma (HR-Fachausweis)
• Several years of professional experience in an operational HR function with sound knowledge of HR administration
• Independent, reliable and service-oriented personality with strong communication skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking, high social competence as well as a discreet and trustworthy handling of sensitive information
• Affinity for numbers as well as good user knowledge in common HR systems and digital tools
• Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite
• Excellent French skills as well as very good German skills in speaking and writing are essential for this position
• Good English skills are required
