Our client is the Pensionskasse Schweizerischer Anwaltsverband (PK SAV) based in Bern. Further information about the pension fund can be found at . The PK SAV is on a growth course and needs reinforcement. On behalf of the PK SAV, we are looking for a: Specialist Pension Fund (50 or 60%) for Insured Member Administration

Your area of responsibility:
Following a targeted induction, you will look after your own circle of clients and insured members and will be responsible for:

• Advising clients and insured members on all pension fund matters
• Processing and handling all pension cases of active insured members (incl. special cases WEF and divorces)
• Quotation management, drafting plan changes as well as contract administration for the affiliated companies
• Creating contribution invoices
• Telephone and written contact with clients and insured members
• Ensuring deputy coverage within the team
• Assisting with the technical annual closing and in projects

Your profile:

• Commercial basic training
• ideally with further training in the field of occupational pension schemes or social insurance (Federal Diploma)
• Professional experience in pension fund administration
• Good French skills; additional Italian skills are an advantage
