Through their work in the five social centers, the Social Services ensure that the people in the city of Zürich can rely on effective basic social services.

For our committed team in the Sozialzentrum Albisriederhaus, we are looking for reinforcement as of January 2027 or by arrangement.

Tasks ##

• You advise and support adults in economic social assistance and/or in adult protection.
• You take responsibility for your cases, make professional assessments, and coordinate the necessary next steps.
• You work closely with clerks, specialist departments, and external partners.
• You move between counseling, statutory mandate, and different interests - and maintain an overview while doing so.
• You manage your cases independently and ensure careful and traceable documentation.

Profile ##

• University of Applied Sciences degree in Social Work
• Experience in economic social assistance and/or in adult protection
• Commercial flair and good knowledge of financial topics
• Quick comprehension and confidence in dealing with complex situations
• Sovereignty, clarity, and professional handling of different concerns and expectations
