Tasks

• Advising and supporting customers in the shop
• Sale of products and services in the field of telecommunications
• Active customer approach and recognition of individual customer needs
• Support with questions regarding subscriptions, devices and digital solutions
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Completion of administrative tasks
• Ensuring a well-maintained and inviting shop appearance

Requirements

• Experience in sales, retail or in customer consulting is mandatory
• Enjoyment in dealing with people and a flair for sales
• Open, communicative and service-oriented personality
• Interest in technology, smartphones and digital products
• Very good German skills, other languages an advantage
• Well-groomed appearance as well as a reliable way of working
• Willingness for shifts on Saturday
