About our client

For our client – a renowned and established institution in the healthcare sector in Rheinfelden – we are looking for a motivated, dynamic, and reliable personality for accounts payable, starting immediately or by arrangement. Our client is characterized by a professional environment, modern infrastructure, and a collegial team structure.

Your main tasks

• Accounts payable from A–Z: Independent recording, coding, and processing of incoming supplier invoices.
• Physical document processing: Careful and structured processing of daily mail and incoming documents on-site.
• Dunning & payment transactions: Handling of weekly payment runs as well as clarification of discrepancies and reminders.
• Communication & contact: Written and telephone correspondence with suppliers and internal interfaces (focus on email contact).
• Master data maintenance & reconciliations: Maintenance of supplier master data and support with monthly closing activities in the accounts payable area.

Qualifications

Your profile

• Education: Successfully completed commercial basic training (KV).
• Professional experience: 1–2 years of practical experience in accounts payable.
• Language skills: Good written and spoken German skills (level B2 is completely sufficient, as communication mostly takes place in writing via email).
• Personality: You are "on the ball," bringing energy as well as a proactive, hands-on attitude.
• Way of working: Reliable, exact, and expeditious in dealing with numbers and physical documents.
