Your key missions
You are in charge of administrative follow-up and social interviews.
You implement personalized action plans.
You support beneficiaries in social, professional, and administrative integration.
You coordinate with internal and external partners.
You ensure compliance with the rules of the home.
Your profile
You have a HES bachelor's in social work (SERI recognition if foreign diploma).
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
You have a good knowledge of the Vaud network and social insurance.
You have excellent French (oral and written); proficiency in English or other languages is an asset.
You have a marked interest in the field of migration.

The recruitment process in 3 steps:

A situational exercise
A half-day immersion to concretely discover your future working environment
At the end of the process: request for an extract from the criminal record, special extract, and certificate from the debt collection office (clean documents required).
