Auxiliary security agent in the retail sector

As a security agent for a large retail chain, you will be required to perform the following tasks:

• Ensure the opening and closing of the store according to security procedures;
• Control the access of employees, service providers and visitors;
• Carry out surveillance rounds and ensure video protection from the booth;
• Prevent and manage acts of malice, notably thefts, and ensure the follow-up of incidents;
• Perform certain administrative tasks (access management, updating employee lists, monitoring electronic devices);
• Respond to requests from management and store teams;
• Perform random personnel checks upon exit;
• Ensure the safety of people and property and intervene in case of emergency (first aid, fire, evacuation);
• Control delivery docks and, if necessary, ensure the escort of cash registers;
• Use the Guarding platform for activity tracking and reports.

As an auxiliary, you are free to give us your availability and you receive schedules based on them; your hourly remuneration is then based on the services performed. Night and/or weekend/public holiday shifts are paid 10% more!

This is the ideal contract for students or people looking for a supplement to a part-time job. The auxiliary contract can also evolve into a professional contract in order to guarantee you a number of monthly working hours and therefore a monthly remuneration.

For this position, we would like:

• Perfect mastery of spoken and written French;
• Mandatory permanent driver's license;
• Technological ease / mastery of IT tools;
• Autonomy and good visual acuity;
• Flexibility: 24/7 shifts, in retail and in mobile brigade
