Your area of responsibility

With us, you are not just another person in property management. You take on responsibility, help shape things, and are an important contact person for our customers.

• Independent management of a versatile real estate portfolio
• Support of owners, tenants, and other stakeholders
• Organization and coordination of maintenance and repair work
• Execution of apartment inspections and handovers
• Preparation of lease agreements and processing of rent adjustments
• Accompanying re-rentals and administrative processes
• Close cooperation with our real estate accounting and the entire team

What you bring with you

You are a cheerful, committed personality who enjoys working independently, thinks ahead, and maintains an overview even in hectic situations.

Ideally, you possess:

• Experience in real estate management
• A commercial education and preferably real estate-specific further training
• A structured, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working
• Enjoyment in dealing with people and a strong service mentality
• Good digital user skills – experience with ImmoTop is a plus
• A healthy dose of humor and enjoyment of teamwork
