For the management of our animal park (farm animals and birds), we are looking for an animal keeper.

Duration

Auxiliary contract for a duration of 3 months

Main mission(s)

Manage the animal park and the monitoring of animals (farm animals and birds)

Ensure the care of animals

Ensure the maintenance and control of the facilities

Ensure the proper functioning of the equipment and material

Collaborate on maintenance and landscaping work of public green spaces

Collaborate at events

Profile

CFC as a keeper or training deemed equivalent

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar function

Professional experience in animal keeping and care

Marked sensitivity to animal welfare as well as ecology

Aptitude to drive specific vehicles (tractor, loader, etc.)

Ability to organize and prioritize one's work

Sense of public service and respect for professional ethics

Proactive, resilient and diligent person capable of demonstrating autonomy while cultivating team spirit

Ease with usual office tools (MS Office) and knowledge of an ERP type Accorda, BBTA

Special conditions

Driving license (cat. B)

Clean criminal record

Trailer permit BE required, permit M1 (desired)

On-call service throughout the year

On-call service in winter for snow removal
