Our client is a world-leading company in the diagnostics and medical technology industry in the Zug region (Rotkreuz). In a state-of-the-art, GMP-regulated environment, complex diagnostic systems are manufactured from mechanical, electrical, optical, and thermal components - testing solutions that make an important contribution to healthcare worldwide. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a technically skilled device assembler as of 1 October 2026 or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Assembly of sub-assemblies as well as final assembly of various analysis and diagnostic systems according to instructions
• Commissioning of the manufactured instruments
• GxP-compliant documentation of assembly and testing activities (paper and/or electronic)
• Testing of the assembled products according to specifications
• Recognizing, documenting, and rectifying deviations or forwarding them to specialists
• Fulfillment of the production plan according to specifications
• Continuous optimization of work processes (KVP) as well as support for the team leader in administrative tasks

Your profile:

• Completed technical training or further education (e.g., polymechanic, automation technician, electronics technician, electrical installer, or mechatronics technician)
• At least two years of professional experience in a technical environment within the last five years
• Basic IT knowledge
• Fluent German in speaking and writing (mandatory), English is an advantage
• Understanding of complex instruments and high quality awareness
• Fast comprehension, team player, reliable, and flexible
• SAP knowledge as well as experience in medical technology / regulated environment is an advantage
• Extract from the criminal record required
