Your tasks

• Execution of maintenance work, inside and outside the buildings (gardening and cleaning work)
• Execution of maintenance and repairs on systems and facilities incl. their documentation
• Issuing, supervising, and monitoring orders to internal and external service providers and suppliers while complying with costs, deadlines, and quality
• Execution of maintenance and minor repairs, as far as technically possible
• Readiness for on-call shifts (initial intervention) and winter service work
• Monitoring the maintenance and care of the assigned vehicles, machines, and devices as well as the cleaning materials used

Your profile

• Manual dexterity as well as technical understanding
• Experience in caretaking or building maintenance is an advantage
• Independent, reliable, and service-oriented way of working
• Healthy assertiveness and good communication skills
• Readiness for flexible working hours
• Very good German and good MS Office user knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel) is an advantage
• Driver's license Cat. B is an advantage
