About the role ##

As part of a change of premises, we are looking for a network and support technician to ensure the smooth transition of infrastructures. You will split your time between technical handling and user support.

We offer you a 3-month mission at full time (100%) with a one-week training to best accompany you in your duties.

Tasks ##

• Ensure disconnection and cable management
• Pack and label this equipment
• Reinstall and reconnect equipment (VLAN)
• Provide level 1 support
• Deploy IT equipment and workstations
• Rigorous follow-up of tasks with execution reports and stock management

We are looking for ##

• Basic knowledge of network architecture (IP addressing, VLAN, cabling)
• Diploma or training in IT
• Initial IT / IT support experience, a plus
• Fluent French, spoken and written
